How to Make the Best Home made Sour Sherbet
Ingredients:
2 (500 g) * boxes of Jelly Crystals (this makes the main flavouring….
ie. if your want cherry sherbet buy cherry Jelly Crystals)
1 – 2 (25g) * Tartic Acid
(note this adds a Sour element to the sherbet add to your required taste)
1 – 2 (25g) * Citric Acid
(note this adds a Sour element to the sherbet add to your required taste)
I recommend a quarter to a half of a 25g container of both Citric & tartic Acid if your not a big fan of to much Sour.
about 40% – 55% Icing Sugar (The Icing Sugar levels out & blends the flavours together to make the final sherbet product)
slowly mix, blend and Taste until you get your ideal perfect sherbet flavour.
